As I have previously been looking at different types of impaired vision I decided to create a typface for each one. The first one I have done is called Presbyopia, this is an impairment which most middle aged people get, the elasticity in the lens becomes slack and they find it difficult to focus on close up objects. As this impairment is to do with elasticity I thought of creating a typface out of elastic bands. I think it has worked well, it is very playful, original and was fun to create.
